Customer Advocate Teams (CATs) at Axiom are essential to building and maintaining partnerships with our customers. At the beginning of each relationship, a CAT team is assigned and its manager becomes the center of all communications between you and Axiom Electronics. All employees support the CATs, ensuring that your needs are consistently met.


Customer Advocate Teams (CATs) provide:

• Customer representation inside Axiom
• Translation of customer quality requirements
• Pricing based on inputs from engineering, QA, sales,
  manufacturing and management
• Communications with manufacturing to maintain all
  deadlines
• Electronic data exchange services
• Engineering support to respond quickly to changing   requirements
• Procurement and material handling   services
• Design for manufacturability and design for test   (DFM/DFT) services


Each CAT team includes:

• A Customer Advocate Team Manager (CATMan)
• A Documentation Control Coordinator
• A Buyer/Material Planning Specialist
• Support from engineering and QA
