All employees must complete 40 hours of training annually and our Axiom 101 training course. Axiom 101 is a unique educational approach designed to better serve the needs of our customers. By completing the course, all employees gain a comprehensive understanding of Axiom's commitment to quality, responsiveness and on-time delivery.

and is an active participant and supporter of
NWHPEC the North West High Performance
Enterprise Consortium.

Industry training and certification

Axiom assembly technicians receive training and certification to the latest standards of IPC, which is the internationally recognized administrator of electronic assembly standards. Employees working in purchasing, planning and materials handling routinely attend on-site classes conducted by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
