Axiom's range of Ball Grid Array services allow us to assemble circuit boards with a wide variety of component types and with varying levels of complexity. We routinely work on boards with Ball Grid Array ball counts ranging from 225 to 2500 at pitches from 1.27 to 0.8 mm.
